Campus Recruitment Coordinator
Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Campus Recruitment Coordinator to support their early careers and campus recruiting program. This role is essential in delivering a high-quality candidate experience while managing interview logistics, onboarding processes, and coordinating recruiting events.

Responsibilities
Coordinate a high volume of virtual and in-person interviews by partnering with hiring leaders and candidates to ensure timely scheduling
Manage interview logistics, including calendar coordination, confirmations, and follow-ups
Collect, validate, and process employment-related documentation for new hires, excluding payroll and benefits administration
Support onboarding activities such as I-9 processing, license verification, background checks, medical clearance review, fingerprinting, and documentation validation
Assist with intern onboarding and orientation activities, including submitting onboarding requests and communicating next steps to candidates
Coordinate candidate travel and hotel arrangements when required
Serve as a primary point of contact for campus recruiting events, managing logistics such as room reservations, catering, invitations, and attendee communications
Partner with recruiters and campus recruiting team members to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate records and updates within recruiting systems and tracking tools
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience supporting staffing, recruiting, or recruiting operations functions
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of activity
Strong time management and follow-through, with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities
Preferred
Prior experience supporting a campus recruitment or early careers program is strongly preferred
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM is highly preferred
