Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Technical Product Managers, establishing clear role definitions, accountability, and consistent feedback
Support the growth of Boost Mobile through strategically driven, product-led capabilities on the Digital Operator Platform
Lead the evolution of the technical roadmap from static plans to a dynamic, AI-driven, data-rich platform for unified visibility
Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring features move through the pipeline with minimal rework
Implement best-in-class Agile processes, prioritizing the refinement of technical requirements, system process flows, and the clarification of complex edge cases
Foster a culture of comprehensive ownership, encouraging the team to support the creation of technical documentation and manage both customer experience and technical solutions

Required

BS Degree in computer science or a related or technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of demonstrated management experience leading technical teams in an Agile development environment, with proven ability to manage dual Portfolio and Technical Product Management roles
5+ years of combined product management, technical analysis, or project management experience, specifically within telecom ordering systems, billing, or subscription management
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), cloud-native architecture, APIs, and database management
Executive-level communication skills for roadmap reviews and presentations, with the ability to manage teams across multiple geographic regions
Expertise in identifying and implementing processes that enhance productivity, transparency, and coordination
Strong technical knowledge of software development and solution architecture principles
Ability to explore, pilot, and implement AI-driven efficiencies to optimize workflows
Experience in building and operating new products and services while navigating complex environments
