Responsibilities

Work at the reception desk and answer the main phone line
Help the administrative team with everyday office tasks like copying, faxing, scanning, troubleshooting printers, and delivering items across campus
Give tours and answer questions for prospective students and families during their visits
Represent the Honors College in a friendly, professional, and respectful way

Required

Have a working knowledge of the Honors College and its program offerings
Be able to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
Communicate clearly and comfortably, including answering phones
Show enthusiasm for the Honors College and enjoy sharing it with others
Must be Federal Work Study eligible
Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate)
