Exceptional reasoning and problem-solving skills

Outstanding written communication and technical writing skills

Demonstrate strong digital organizational skills by efficiently managing emails, files, and documents to support smooth team operations and enhance productivity

Confidently present training sessions to user groups (both classroom and desk side training)

Experience with standard desktop applications and Internet browsers

Background developing customized educational curriculum, training materials, and course content for software applications and support tools
