Responsibilities

Project schedules, risk management, and communicating goals to project stakeholders

Coordinate with teams across the globe to ensure project delivery, budget, and installation management

Upgrade firmware, coding, and uphold industry standards for all equipment

Coordinate with partners to schedule techs, programmers, and engineers for deployment

Assist with project handover, managing pending project lists, project reports, and programming bugs/issues

Work with construction teams, vendors, consultants, and field teams to deliver global design

Provide documentation including change requests, expenditure requests, timelines, milestone notifications, and project handover

Troubleshoot urgent escalations, software issues, and other related issues pertaining to completed projects

Manage tasks, finances, personnel, and partners to successfully deliver project objectives

Required

3+ years' experience in AV system design, room integration, and project management

Advanced understanding of AV system functionality, integration, programming, and techniques

Proficiency with Office 365, project management software, and CAD

Extensive knowledge of video networks, video over IP, switching, DSPs, audio distribution, and control processors

Creative problem‑solving, logical deployment skills, agility under pressure, and strong organizational abilities

Ability to read and comprehend project technical documents including engineering and architectural designs, timelines, acoustical reports, and construction documents

Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills
