The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a Full-Time Service Department Business Development Representative to join their dedicated team. This role involves supporting the Service Department through customer interactions, appointment confirmations, and utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to support the Service Department, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, and follow-ups
Use Dealership Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to capture and follow up on service leads
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by management
Provide a friendly, professional, and high-energy experience on all calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Additional duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Comfortable with computer systems and internet use

Organized with a strong attention to detail
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
A self-starter with a customer-first mentality
High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred

Call-center experience or similar position highly preferred
