Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable microservices, agents and SDKs that power agentic experiences in business apps
Lead technical design and implementation of existing and new features
Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists and partner teams to deliver high-impact solutions with high-reliability
Drive innovation in low-code and pro-code extensibility, enabling makers to build custom agents with ease
Drive users from an autonomy scale of 1 to 10 and maximize end-user productivity
Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team culture
Ensure security, compliance, and performance across all service components
Continuously improve developer experience and platform capabilities through experimentation and feedback loops
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Proven experience in designing and building scalable services
Knowledge of Agentic Architecture and integration in products
Solid technical leadership and cross-team collaboration skills
Deep understanding of service fundamentals: reliability, scalability, maintainability, and performance
10+ years of software development experience with a track record of shipping enterprise-grade solutions
Front-end experience in React, Javascript, HTML
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
