Responsibilities
Accurately pick, pack, and ship online orders with care and attention to presentation
Receive, organize, and maintain inventory with precision and attention to detail
Assist with restocking and ensuring inventory accuracy
Create and update polished product listings on our website (photography, descriptions, pricing)
Support marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual aesthetics online
Track engagement and gather insights to optimize marketing efforts
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional stockroom and fulfillment area
Communicate inventory, fulfillment, or marketing needs promptly to management
Provide professional and warm client interactions, both online and in-person
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for fashion and a keen sense for style
Comfortable using computers, e-commerce platforms, and social media tools (Shopify experience essential)
Creative mindset with interest in marketing and social media content creation
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Preferred
Retail, inventory, fulfillment, or marketing experience preferred but not required
