Responsibilities
Oversee a crew of techs and temps at each job site with the objective of maximizing work productivity while minimizing production costs
Responsible for managing the entire job site and completing required duties including
Guide Production Techs on a plan of action for each Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation or Fire cleanup job
Scoping the job (completing a walk thru of the entire property with the objective of understanding the scope of damage, identifying all affecting areas, and assessing required work and coordinating the techs on how to complete each job)
Completing Sketches using Docusketch (providing management with a drawing/illustration of the job site with appropriate measurements and all relevant data points needed to complete a proper estimate)
Create an Estimate using Xactimate for each job and help gather required insurance paperwork required by the insurance company
DryBook (Moisture Reading & Mapping) (responsible for entering/updating all relevant information into DryBook to correctly capture scope of the job)
Pictures (create a photo report for each job documenting all affected areas before work is performed and once works is completed). We need BEFORE and AFTER photos to include in our Billing package to the insurance company
Conduct the Job Inspections (point of sale – be able to sell a job)
MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGER MORE THAN ONE JOB AT A TIME
Communicate with Adjusters to ensure all insurance requirements are met for each we work on and ensure all documentation is provided to Adjusters/Insurance company
Communicate with customers to ensure top notch customer service. Must follow up with customers often to ensure we are meeting their needs
Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities
Manage relationships with centers of influence (COIs) including Property Managers and Adjusters
Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following SERVPRO® Franchise production guidelines
Train, manage, and recruit production personnel
Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently
Qualification
Required
Must be bilingual and speak both English and Spanish
Minimum of 2 years experience using DryBook, Dash, or any other software that deals with Moisture Reading, Moisture Logging, Moisture mapping
Minimum of 2 years experience using Xactimate or Estimate Writing
Minimum of 2 years experience in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Restoration, Construction, and related industries preferred
High organization skills including organizing crew's daily tasks
Be able to write well and clearly and speak professionally on the phone with Insurance Adjusters and Insurance companies
Ability to keep highly organized
Proactive and fully engaged with our daily activities
Effective written and oral communication
Attention to Detail
High organization skills including organizing crew's daily tasks
Intermediate math skills
High school diploma/GED
Preferred
IICRC certifications preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
