Responsibilities

Analyze operational and engagement data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement
Evaluate project effort, time, and cost drivers to support decision-making and workflow optimization
Determine optimal execution paths by assessing quantitative and qualitative data inputs
Collaborate with team members to provide insight driven recommendations that enhance participant outcomes
Apply analytical, business, and problem-solving skills to real projects that directly support business goals

Required

Currently enrolled in a college or university (Bachelor's or Master's program)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Available for full 10-week program (May 27 – July 31, 2026)
Must reside near or be able to reliably commute to Boston, MA (in-person internship)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship (CPT/OPT not supported)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Professional curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, processes, and concepts
Ability to build productive partnerships with team members and stakeholders
Accountability and follow-through on assigned goals and project milestones
Customer-service mindset aligned with delivering high-quality work
Self-directed with a proactive approach to learning

Preferred

At least 2 years of academic progress toward a bachelor's degree
Preferred majors: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or other relevant business fields
Hands-on experience with data analytics projects or workflow/process improvement initiatives
Microsoft Excel certification or demonstrated advanced Excel skills
