Responsibilities

Perform a variety of responsibilities, ranging from routine to complex, while maintaining a calm and confident persona
Ensure confidentiality on matters related to these offices
Organizing and filing of records
Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls
Order office supplies
Maintain Positive Relationships with accounts
Understand customer requirements and strive to differentiate ourselves from competition
Handle accounting related issues and provide customer service
Ad hoc daily reports
Attendance Enterprise (Payroll)
Working with AGRIS

Required

Track record of exceptional achievement with a demonstrated desire and ability to proactively take on challenging work

Independent decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to develop solutions in a logical and systematic way
Excellent communication skills emphasizing writing and speaking succinctly, clearly and effectively

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes in environment and responsibilities
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel preferred)
