The role involves overseeing the IT lab, maintaining equipment security, checking students in and out, and assisting students with their lab work.

Responsibilities
Oversee the open lab available to IT students during specified hours
Maintain security of all equipment in the room to prevent theft or damage
Check students in and out of the lab
Assist students working on labs to the extent that you are able
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in serving diverse student populations
Enrolled in at least one class at the college this semester
Basic understanding of how the equipment (routers and switches) is configured
Enrolled in or having completed IT-151: CCNA-Intro to Networking
Preferred
Students currently enrolled in IT classes
Students who are more advanced in the program
