Print/Digital Designer

Responsibilities

Designs print and digital materials of various sizes and formats to support University communications, including brochures, flyers, event programs, posters, advertisements, web graphics, and email assets
Manages multiple design projects concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Applies meticulous attention to detail, integrates creative direction from supervisors, and incorporates feedback from clients and colleagues to refine deliverables
Prepares print jobs for internal production and external vendors, reviews proofs, and verifies color accuracy and print quality prior to final approval
Aligns all creative work with University brand standards, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effective communication of information
Collaborates with content creators, photographers, and fellow designers to produce cohesive, visually consistent messaging across all platforms
Develops and maintains digital templates, design systems, and asset libraries to streamline creative workflows
Implements accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices to enhance the quality and inclusivity of all digital materials
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, digital design, or interactive media required
0 – 2 years of related experience
Proficiency in industry-standard technology, including Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of typography, design theory, and visual communication
Ability to manage a high volume of diverse projects efficiently
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multiple clients and supervisors
