The DevOps Engineer will lead the development and management of a hardened production environment, focusing on orchestrating blockchain nodes and managing cryptographic key lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Architect and manage a multi-provider node network to ensure 100% data integrity and multi-source consensus

Design and implement real-time surveillance for all smart contract events and private key actions. You will build automated alerts and invariant checks to detect unauthorized activity or performance degradation immediately

Manage institutional-grade FIPS 140-2/3 Level 3 HSMs and MPC systems, ensuring all key usage is logged and auditable

Build high-availability systems to facilitate real-time reconciliation between off-chain accounting and public blockchain state

Lead the deployment of upgradeable smart contracts and manage Timelock Governance and Emergency Pause mechanisms

Use Terraform to manage all cloud and node infrastructure as version-controlled, repeatable code

Design and scale high-availability Kubernetes clusters to support blockchain nodes and internal services

Build secure, auditable pipelines for both smart contracts and infrastructure components
