Responsibilities

Managing team business operations

Managing consultant agreements, onboarding, requests, invoices and records

Managing repositories

Adjudicating software license requests

Leading help/Q&A sessions for software tools

Pulling data and reports

Supporting team business rhythms / calendars

Supporting executive briefings

Executing other duties as assigned

Ability to identify discrepancies and spot patterns in documentation or rate trends

Proven track record of handling sensitive information with discretion

Proficiency with Microsoft Tool Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

US Citizen

Preferred

Experience managing contracts from request to purchase order

Digital-first mindset (leveraging new tools and apps to drive efficiencies)

Background in business, finance, or related field

Experience managing consultant agreements

Experience preparing reports and briefing data-driven insights

Experience with Lockheed Martin's opportunity lifecycle management process and the Opportunity Hub platform
