Responsibilities
Accesses the student information system to review student accounts and accurately respond to inquiries while adhering to policy and procedures of the department and College
Assesses the caller's needs to determine the appropriate resolution steps
Transfers students to the departments as trained
Guides students through navigating LoLA, Delgado's online self-service portal, and ConexED, Delgado's academic communication tool
Answers general questions using all provided resources about the College
Uses our two-way text platform to respond to general inquiries about the enrollment process from prospective and applied students
Places outbound calls to the targeted prospects, applicants, and enrolled students as needed
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in administrative services
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience
