Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction
Facilitate the integration and implementation of AxTension ISV Production Planning and Project Management and Project Controlling modules
Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Manufacturing modules including but not limited to Production Control, Product Information Management, and Master Planning
Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis
Produce Functional Design Documents when extensions are necessary
Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization
Successful implementation of practical business solutions using industry best practices as the Production lead on a project
Lead successful modeling and process area showcase sessions
Ensure success of projects by coaching or mentoring junior consultants
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 (AX) Manufacturing experience or equivalent industry work
Minimum of 2 full years staffed on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations
Minimum of 1 implementation of AxTension ISV
Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
Strong customer relationship skills
Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
Ability to establish priorities and work independently
Ability to travel up to 50%
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluent in English
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 or AX2012 a plus
Comfortable presenting via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/WebEx
Azure DevOps & Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services experience
