Operations & Client Success Manager
360clean is a growing, family-owned commercial cleaning franchise that values quality and strong relationships. The Operations & Client Success Manager will ensure smooth operations and top-tier client service by overseeing cleaning operations, managing staff, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, crew assignments, and shift coverage
Conduct and document quality control inspections
Maintain 95% staffing coverage and ensure timely issue resolution
Communicate directly with clients, address concerns, and track satisfaction
Manage hiring, onboarding, and staff performance
Track operational KPIs and report progress weekly
Support new account onboarding and transition of contracts into operations
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of operations, facility, or team leadership experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Problem-solver with the ability to manage competing priorities
Reliable transportation required
Must pass background and reference checks
Preferred
cleaning or service industry experience
