Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver value to clients and stakeholders

Participate in research, analysis, and project work to drive improvements and inform decision-making

Assist in the development, enhancement, and implementation of business strategies, products, or data solutions

Contribute to the planning, execution, and documentation of projects and initiatives

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and sharing insights

Required

Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than May 2026: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS or Business & Technology Management

Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)

Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation

Must demonstrate superior analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus

Understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile principles

Exposure to visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel for reporting

Active listening and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations

Ability to facilitate workshops and document requirements clearly

Willingness to rotate across diverse teams and learn new domains quickly

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines across multiple rotations

Openness to feedback and continuous improvement

Comfort with fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
