Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Financial Advisor to step into a succession opportunity with an established book of business
This is a unique chance to build relationships with existing clients while continuing to grow the practice

Qualification

Investment products knowledgeFinancial planning toolsPortfolio managementCRM systems proficiencyFINRA Series 7 licenseFINRA Series 66 licenseInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Experience managing or transitioning a book of business
Background in retirement planning, wealth management, or estate planning
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning tools, and portfolio management
High ethical standards and a fiduciary mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM systems and financial planning software
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or similar client-facing financial services role
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or Series 63 and 65)
