Responsibilities
Accountable for proactively leading or supporting software engineering activities that create deliverables that guide the direction, development, and delivery of software solutions that meet business needs
Provide leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required to deliver critical business solutions
Develop target-state guidance (i.e., reusable standards, design patterns, guidelines, individual parts, and configurations) to evolve the organization's development process
Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and, safety
Qualification
Required
Experience in architecting and operating CI/CD ecosystems
Proven track record of driving pipeline scalability and automation maturity
Strong understanding of platform modernization and operational excellence
Ability to partner with development, QA, architecture, IT, and product teams
Experience in ensuring CI/CD platform meets enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards
Leadership skills to guide software engineering activities
Ability to provide facilitation, analysis, and design tasks for software solutions
Experience in developing reusable standards, design patterns, guidelines, and configurations
Demonstrated commitment to the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
