Responsibilities
Provide advanced and/or cross-technology engineering through all phases of the Technology/Project Life Cycle
Accountable for the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support
Design, implement/install, maintain and administer infrastructure systems including hardware, software and various configurations
Monitor overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately
Perform root cause analysis on failed components and implement corrective measures
Mentor and coach others to establish and improve processes and procedures
Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
Qualification
Required
Experience in architecting and supporting next-generation communication systems
Knowledge of SIP and cloud platforms
Ability to build resilient, scalable, and intelligent telecom solutions
Experience in providing advanced and/or cross-technology engineering through all phases of the Technology/Project Life Cycle
Accountability for overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support
Experience in designing, implementing/installing, maintaining, and administering infrastructure systems including hardware, software, and various configurations
