1+ years expTTI Floorcare is seeking a Financial Analyst-FP&A for their corporate office in Anderson, SC. This role will partner with functional leaders to provide financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting, while optimizing financial performance across departments.

Responsibilities
Partner with key business leaders to help them understand expenses and make informed strategic decisions for their functions
Assist in month end closing and forecasting processes (i.e., facilitating uploads in the financial management system, general reporting, and forecasting)
Analyze monthly financial results to identify risks and opportunities to the forecast and budget
Support the leaders of each SG&A department with regards to financial data needs and requests
Support the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and Strategic Planning Reviews
Support the Month End Reporting, Forecasting, & Annual Business Planning and Budget Process
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and optimize work procedures
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1 year finance and accounting experience – preferably for a large corporation
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
Must be available to work in the office
Preferred
Prior experience in a corporate finance/FP&A role
Prior experience in business partnership
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Results driven individual with a track record to support
Detail-oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Collaborative with ability to interact with all employees in a professional and positive manner
