Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / Spanish)

Coburn Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, knowledgeable first voice our customers hear. In this role, you’ll handle calls, emails, and chats while working closely with teams across the company to keep things moving and customers happy.

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in English and Spanish
Help customers with questions, orders, and service needs—quickly and professionally
Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to resolve issues
Enter and track customer requests using ERP/CRM systems (we use SyteLine)
Know when something needs extra attention and escalate when needed
Follow up to make sure customers feel taken care of
Share ideas to help improve how we support our customers

Required

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
Detail-oriented and organized
Calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
