Responsibilities
Conduct gross margin and profitability analysis, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
Support sales pricing requests, customer quotes, and cost evaluations as the Pricing Analyst
Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and pricing models to provide actionable insights
Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Finance to optimize margins and pricing strategies
Track pricing outcomes, evaluate promotion plans, and recommend adjustments to senior leadership
Leverage ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Navision, Microsoft CRM) and advanced Excel for modeling, automation, and reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, CPG, or cost/pricing-focused finance roles
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling, automation mindset)
Solid understanding of cost structures, pricing, and margin analysis
Analytical, proactive, and able to communicate insights to senior leadership
Comfortable in a growing, evolving environment with processes being built and refined
