Responsibilities

Manage, grow and be a technical resource for a regional team of operations' employees responsible for the execution of FAC services in various practice areas for the Gulf Coast Division

Provide direction and lead efforts to maintain Terracon's quality and safety processes, standardization policies, practices, and procedures among employees

Monitor the performances of teams and employees, and facilitate training, site visits, quality audits and safety incident investigations

Participate and coordinate marketing activities and recruitment of new team members in coordination with corporate services and the FAC Service Line

Develop and implement an annual growth strategy and budgets and manage financial and resource operations to attain profitability and maximize team efficiencies

Manage projects/clients to ensure consistent excellence in project performance and delivery

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related degree with a focus on building science and technology (Construction and/or Design)

Minimum of 15 years' related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 20 years' related experience

Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history

Preferred

Architecture or Engineering registration in Georgia preferred

Industry certifications such as RRO/RRC, RWC/REWC, REWO, RBEC, CBECxP, LEED, CASP, etc. are a plus

Professional involvement with AIA, ASHRAE, BEC, ABAA, IIBEC, USGBC, etc. are a plus
