Responsibilities

Administer and optimize financial systems including ERP, AP, T&E, budgeting, and reporting platforms
Support month-end closings, financial reporting, and inter-company eliminations
Maintain data integrity across systems and reporting tools for compliance and planning
Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives, including financial model development
Supervise analysts, consultants, and interns; set goals, evaluate performance, and mentor team members
Own financial systems policies and procedures, ensuring quality control and compliance
Partner with finance and IT leadership on transformation projects and process improvements

Required

Experience in financial systems administration, project management, or finance operations
Strong hands-on experience with financial systems in a nonprofit or lean-resource environment

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
High self-motivation, resilience, and a solutions-driven mindset

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required — demonstrated technical competence is key
Experience with ERP systems, SQL, Power BI and budgeting tools
Financial software certifications or super-user experience
Background in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation initiatives
Comfortable working with incomplete information and decentralized structures
