They are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to partner with Account Executives, drive technical wins, and manage proof of value for clients, ensuring optimal performance and relevance of their search architectures.

Responsibilities

Become an expert in Semantic search to solve real-world problems

Design and deploy resilient, high-availability search architectures capable of handling massive throughput and strict enterprise SLAs

Lead architectural reviews, migration assessments, and workshops focused on search, agentic AI and RAG Solutions. Primarily focused on Semantic Search

Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap

Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives

Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Developer Relations and Support to ensure customers have a great experience with the product and the company

Required

4+ years of technical solution delivery in a customer facing role

Experience with Enterprise Sizing & Pricing. Ability to calculate TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and model hardware requirements (RAM/CPU) for high-scale distributed systems

Ability to articulate complex technical requirements

Experience with Python, Golang and Typescript/JS or equivalent

Experience navigating procurement, infosec reviews, and MSA redlines in a technical capacity

Experience tuning a complex system to gain performance and reliability
