Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, perform account analysis and reconciliations, and assist with the monthly close process

Address and resolve issues encountered during month-end close or daily operations in accordance with company policy

Develop and maintain inventory reporting and analysis tools to provide insights into inventory levels, turnover, obsolescence, and cost trends; provide actionable recommendations for improvement to management

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions

Implement and maintain effective internal controls over inventory

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and drive improvements in operational efficiency

Plan, coordinate, execute, and reconcile the annual year-end inventory cycle count

Assist with internal and external audits

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Participate in special projects as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
