Lead design and development of powered bimini systems from concept to production
Create mechanical and electromechanical assemblies that perform in marine/off-road conditions
Prototype, test, validate, and improve system performance

Troubleshoot field issues and drive continuous improvements
Support new features, enhancements, and next-gen product concepts
Qualification
Required
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
Strong 3D CAD skills and mechanical design experience
Hands-on aptitude with prototyping and testing
Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building cool products
Preferred
Experience with actuation, motion systems, or electromechanical components a plus
