Administrative Assistant -Building Dept
Town Of Wilbraham is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Building Department and Conservation Commission. Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the Building Department and Conservation Commission, including managing permits, inspection schedules, records, and fees
Assists residents with applications and regulatory inquiries
Prepares notices, agendas, and meeting materials; attends bi-weekly Conservation Commission meetings and takes minutes
Coordinates site walks and communication with DPW, contractors, and state agencies
Performs general office duties and Provides Backup Support To Planning And ZBA
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in business, administrative, paralegal or related field required
Two Years Of Relevant Administrative Experience Or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Must have strong communication, customer service, organizational, and computer skills
Ability to understand and apply local and state regulations
Preferred
Experience with Conservation Commission processes, wetlands regulations, or municipal permitting strongly preferred
