Warehouse Manager - Bilingual English/Spanish

iDrive Fulfillment is a growing 3PL company dedicated to excellent service and innovative solutions. They are hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead pick/pack/ship operations, manage team leads, and ensure order accuracy while optimizing labor to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Manage outbound DTC pick/pack/ship performance and hit daily SLA and Order Accuracy targets

Manage labor hours to meet daily revenue goals while maintaining quality and safety

Lead and coach DTC team leads and their picker/packer crews; conduct meetings and hold teams accountable

Train new hires on SOPs, picking/packing workflows, and quality checks

Collaborate cross-functionally (Inbound, Inventory, AM/CX, IT) to keep orders flowing and customers satisfied

Escalate risks and drive continuous improvement

Be available with flexible hours during peaks/launches; join weekly customer calls

Qualification

Required

proven leadership in a high-volume 3PL (DTC required)

develops people, partners smoothly with other departments

calm under pressure, service-minded, able to manage tight SLAs

OSHA basics and a safety-first mindset

clear, professional written and verbal skills

bilingual English/Spanish required

on your feet most of the shift; lift up to 50 lbs as needed
