Records Clerk
City of Saratoga Springs is looking for a Records Clerk who will assist the public and support the Police Department. The role involves handling calls, directing public inquiries, performing office tasks, and maintaining police department records.

Responsibilities
Assists the public by receiving and directing the public
Handles calls and messages for police department personnel via multi-line phone system
Assisting all walk-in public and handles information and report requests
Performs general office typing as needed to complete forms, memos, letters, schedules, applications and correspondence
Other duties required to assist in maintain all PD records
Qualification
Required
Willingness to provide community-oriented service
Ability to assist the public by receiving and directing them
Experience handling calls and messages via a multi-line phone system
Ability to assist walk-in public and handle information and report requests
Proficiency in general office typing to complete forms, memos, letters, schedules, applications, and correspondence
Ability to perform other duties required to assist in maintaining all Police Department records
