The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a docket of class actions, formulating high-level strategies for litigation, and mentoring associate attorneys while playing a crucial role in the firm's growth.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Oversee a docket of class actions in various area of law in jurisdictions throughout the country
Formulate high level strategy for case selection, filing, litigation, negotiation, and trial
Have access to virtually unlimited resources for case selection, origination, intake, and development
Help the firm's newer attorneys develop their already-impressive skills
Play a key role in elevating the firm to the next level as fast as humanly possible
Qualification
Required
7+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on class action work (ideally plaintiff side, but we can appreciate a good convert)
Solid academic credentials, with the understanding that professional experience matters far more than tests you took a decade ago
Experience running the day-to-day of varied class cases, with a preference for data breach/privacy, consumer fraud, statutory class actions, or similar
An uncommon motor, and the drive to cement yourself and the firm within the upper echelon of the complex litigation plaintiff's bar
A team-oriented approach. Whoever comes into this role is going to have responsibilities to some really talented and remarkably good people
Obviously, an active law license with no history of discipline and no obstacles to pro hac vice admissions
