Responsibilities
Diagnose & Repair: Assess existing solar arrays to identify failures, wiring issues, or structural concerns
System Layout: Read solar design plans and accurately map roofs for adjustments or additions
Precision Work: Professionally set feet, rails, and mounting hardware to ensure long-term durability
Customer Advocacy: Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain repairs and provide a premium service experience
Travel: Operate across a multi-state territory (NC, SC, and GA) to reach clients in need
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in solar installation or electrical service
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and site maps
Comfort working at heights and knowledge of various roofing types (shingle, metal, etc.)
Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast region
A 'customer-first' attitude with the ability to represent the brand professionally
Valid driver's license is required
