Evolution Cloud Services (EVOCS) is seeking a highly organized ClickUp Operations & Analytics Lead to support the CIO Office’s ongoing use and evolution of ClickUp Enterprise and its analytics ecosystem. This role involves owning the day-to-day health of the ClickUp platform, ensuring smooth workflow processes, and translating ClickUp data into actionable insights through Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own ongoing monitoring and triage of CIO Intake requests within ClickUp

Maintain platform hygiene: task status accuracy, ownership, prioritization, and backlog health

Proactively prevent stalled, orphaned, or inconsistently managed work

Provide first-line ClickUp support for CIO Office users

Maintain and evolve operational and reference documentation as workflows change

Implement minor configuration updates (views, fields, statuses, task structures) that improve usability while preserving platform simplicity

Design and implement advanced workflows, automations, and templates where clear operational value exists

Incrementally optimize space and template structures as CIO Office needs evolve

Review and implement requested platform changes in alignment with established governance standards

Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and permissions to ensure appropriate visibility and access

Serve as a trusted advisor on ClickUp design, configuration, and governance decisions

Guide teams on effective, consistent use of ClickUp workflows and templates

Update usage documentation and reference materials as processes or configurations change

Provide targeted enablement support when new processes, teams, or usage patterns are introduced

Identify recurring friction points and resolve them through low-effort, high-impact improvements

Reduce reliance on ad-hoc support by driving consistent usage patterns

Assist in design and maintaining Power BI datasets sourced from ClickUp data

Build and refine dashboards focused on portfolio health, intake trends, delivery status, and throughput

Define, document, and standardize metrics to ensure consistent interpretation across stakeholders

Validate data accuracy and consistency to maintain trust in executive reporting

Iteratively enhance dashboards as CIO Office reporting needs evolve

Partner closely with CIO Office stakeholders to continuously prioritize work

Align effort with CIO Office objectives and available capacity

Maintain transparent communication on work in progress, risks, and upcoming focus areas

Manage a prioritized backlog aligned to leadership goals

A stable, well-governed ClickUp Enterprise environment supporting CIO Office operations

Consistent intake, triage, and backlog management processes

Accurate, trusted task and portfolio data

Documented and governed ClickUp configurations and workflows

Power BI dashboards providing executive-level visibility into work health and delivery

Clearly defined and documented metrics used consistently across teams

Required

Deep, hands-on experience administering and operating ClickUp (Enterprise experience strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of workflow design, intake processes, and operational governance

Experience designing Power BI datasets and dashboards for executive and operational reporting

Proven ability to translate messy operational data into clear, trusted insights

Strong documentation and communication skills

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment with shifting priorities

7–10 years of total professional experience, with 4–6 years in directly relevant roles supporting systems operations, workflow management, or analytics-driven operational environments

Proven experience administering and operating a work management or enterprise platform (ClickUp experience strongly preferred) with full ownership of intake, workflows, permissions, and platform health

Demonstrated experience designing, maintaining, and governing workflows and automations in a way that balances usability, scale, and control

Hands-on experience building and maintaining executive-facing dashboards and reports, including data validation and metric definition (Power BI experience preferred)

Experience working closely with senior leaders (CIO, IT leadership, or equivalent), supporting prioritization, intake governance, and reporting needs
