Responsibilities
Assist Financial Advisor with case preparation to ensure all client information and documentation are accurate and up to date
Prepare for client meetings by organizing necessary materials, reports, and analyses
Conduct follow-up activities after client meetings, including summarizing action items and coordinating next steps
Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely, professional support
Gather, organize, and input client data into CRM
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Qualification
Required
Series 65 license or equivalent required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire date
Bachelor's degree
1+ years' experience in the financial industry or paraplanner role
A motivated individual who has a goal of becoming a Financial Advisor
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to clients in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
Ability to connect with clients and build trust through genuine relationship-building, empathy, and consistent follow up
