Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience working in a clean room or controlled environment
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Preferred
Experience in aerospace manufacturing or assembly work
Knowledge of precision assembly techniques and tools
Fine motor skills and handling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
