Required

Bachelor degree / Master's Degree
Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation: Preliminary ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and summarize findings
Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Preliminary ability to identify problems and support development of potential solutions
Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness: Ability to develop/maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues in the Enterprise Pharmacy Team and some beyond
Communication Skills: Developing ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual channels
Developing ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially in the pharmacy value chain
Experience with corporate strategy, growth strategy and product strategy
