Beacon Veterinary Specialists is a 24/7 veterinary emergency & specialty practice located in Fremont, CA, seeking a full-time Client Services Supervisor. The role involves leading customer service procedures, managing the Client Services Team, and ensuring high-quality client care and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Leading the development of customer service procedures and policies in collaboration with management and executive leadership

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues

Supporting the recruitment, hiring, and training of Client Services Team Members

Serving as a mentor and leader for Client Services Team Members including professional development

Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and upholding the progressive disciplinary process as necessary

Creating and overseeing a schedule for Client Services Team Members that ensures adequate phone support during hours of operations for our 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory/management experience required

4 years of experience in customer support or client services

Excellent client care and focus; ability to assess client's needs and provide answers, troubleshooting help, or methods for a positive client experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with clients, staff, and other members of the patient care team

Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information and updating client accounts

Experience with staff scheduling

High school degree or equivalent required

Preferred

Experience working in a human or animal hospital preferred

Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
