Client Portfolio Expansion: Leverage your existing book of business (minimum $1,200,000/year) and our expansive product range to grow your gross sales. We're talking an increase of 40% or more in business growth, just by introducing your clients to our holistic set of offerings
Relationship Cultivation: Maintain and enhance client relationships, offering them a seamless journey from flooring to complete home transformation, with your trusted guidance at the helm
Collaborative Selling: You sell, we support. Our deep support structure includes dedicated project managers, coordinators, and a back-office team ensuring you can focus on what you do best - closing the deals and building relationships
Continual Growth and Learning: Engage in exclusive events, continuing education opportunities, and vital industry networking, keeping you at the forefront of design trends and technologies
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in the flooring industry with a significant book of business ($1,200,000+/year)
Mastery in communication and relationship building, nurturing client connections, and managing accounts with an elite level of service
