Referral Development Manager
Aluma Care is expanding its ABA therapy services across Kansas and is seeking a Referral Development Manager who excels in relationship-building and community outreach. This role involves generating referrals by connecting with physicians, schools, and community organizations to enhance access to high-quality ABA services.

Responsibilities
Drive referral growth by forming consistent, high-value relationships across physicians, schools, therapists, hospitals, clinics, and community partners
Spend :80% of your time in the field: office drop-ins, warm introductions, personal follow-ups, relationship maintenance
Build and own your outreach pipeline: map your market, identify highest-value opportunities, and execute a strategic visit plan
Partner with Aluma Care’s clinical and intake teams to align new referrals with capacity and community needs
Track activity, maintain CRM notes, and communicate insights and trends to leadership
Support and host lunch-and-learns, community events, provider visits, and presentations
Help shape an outreach model that supports ongoing expansion as Aluma Care grows across Kansas and beyond
Qualification
Required
Strong outside sales experience — whether medical sales, real estate, cosmetic/beauty sales, med-spa, wellness, pharma, or any relationship-driven profession
Ability to build and maintain high-value relationships across physicians, schools, therapists, hospitals, clinics, and community partners
Self-directed, competitive, goal-oriented, and energized by growing a territory
Thrive in a face-to-face field role, not behind a desk
Ability to own your schedule, your goals, and your metrics
