Tooling Manager
TAKKION is seeking a highly organized and experienced Tooling Manager to oversee company assets. The Tooling Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, and project fulfillment based on daily needs while demonstrating strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Asset Management best practices.

Responsibilities
Manage/coordinate all company owned equipment, rental equipment & tooling. Including sourcing, delivery, tracking, and return of assets
Require travel as needed to job locations
Works closely (daily) with Operations to identify the right equipment/tooling for the job, timing of delivery and return, to minimize cost
Coordinate & track monthly inspections, Calibration requirements, repairs etc
Identify preferred providers
Assist in the negotiations of rates and terms
Prepare reports
Assist with other duties as necessary as required
Work closely with operations, operations managers, technicians and our office team
Ensure work / tasks conform to QMS requirements
Ensure all equipment is functional and in working condition
Qualification
Required
HS diploma or GED equivalent required
Past warehouse tool management experience
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills, communications skills, computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and most importantly, the ability to work well in a team
Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability
Self-starter with a drive for continuous improvement of the business operations
Express willingness to step out of the box to assist other teams to meet and overcome challenges for the company
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Preferred
Previous knowledge of Specialty Field Service Tooling and Work Scope
