The role involves greeting customers, guiding vehicles into the wash, and performing cleaning tasks to ensure a pleasant experience for customers.

Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available
Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash
Field customer inquiries
Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers
Ability to work as a team
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Flexible Availability
Stand and walk throughout the workday
Use of hands; reach with hands and arms
Climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel
Ability to work in damp and humid conditions
Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs
Ability to perform duties safely in accordance with standard operating procedures
Capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision
Preferred
Customer service and some sales experience preferred
