Data Analyst Asc. Manager - Level 4

Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the CDRL (Metrics Analytics & Reporting) team within Sustainment Analytics & Modeling, Analytics & Improvements team with vision, strategy, and goals
Give direction and guidance for all aircraft fielded performance analysis and reporting via CDRLs
Provide technical and analytical support to the CDRL team to improve performance and accomplish the Aero goals; 100% quality in all deliverables, 100% on time delivery with all deliverables and 100% commitment to the long-range plans for AVSC contract deliverables
Manage the team’s labor charging approval, performance reviews, promotion and merit decisions, staffing and recruitment of new hires
Understand each team member’s skill set and strategically place them within the appropriate tasking that will make the largest positive impact to the team
Provide and assist the team members to work on career development plans, take on stretch assignments and assign training to give the team members opportunities to grow and develop skills to be able to make a positive impact to the team and Lockheed Martin
Provide leadership and supervision to the team through the product management support role to understand and identify tasking to meet deliverables
Through the teams’ daily stand ups and sprint planning, oversee that the team is managing their work and the tasking is evenly distributed across the team members
Assist the teams in resolving team or technical issues and removing any impediments
Qualification
Required
Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.) Physics, Data Science, Data Analysis, or Mathematics
Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance to perform job duties
Experience with managing/leading a team or project to perform effectively and accomplish goals
Experience with critical interactions and collaboration with sustainment engineering, supply operations, program management office, contracts, and/or finance
Analytical skills and understanding of system databases, data elements, data structures and hierarchies, and/or application software solutions to optimize data gathering and analysis
Preferred
Experience with Supply Chain Management and working with the customer
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong presentation and communications skills
Strong program management skills
Experience in SAFe agile framework
Experience with full-spectrum leadership skills to organize and motivate a multidisciplinary and multi-company team to solve and implement solutions to highly complex and unique technical and business problems within budget and on schedule
