Designing and building backend services and integrations that support scalable, multi-tenant systems
Mentoring or leading other developers and stepping into a team lead role as the team grows
Qualification
Required
8+ years of backend engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Java (17 or higher)
Production experience with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus
Experience building backend and integration-oriented services
Solid understanding of scalable backend architectures
Comfortable working in AWS-based environments
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred
Experience with Quarkus in production
Exposure to Apache Camel or other integration frameworks
Experience building or supporting multi-tenant platforms
Background in scaling systems under growth or increased load
Prior experience as a team lead or mentor
