Consulting Manager – Business Transformation

Responsibilities
Deliver Tangible, High-Impact Results: Provide comprehensive project management for functional transformational initiatives often cross-geography to aid our clients in achieving their strategic business objectives. Support the day-to-day execution of transformation programs, including project plan development and ownership, internal stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, issue identification and resolution, resource management, and decision documentation
Become a Trusted Partner with Our Clients : Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and nepf team members to scope, plan, prioritize, and drive a range of transformation initiatives. Provide both strategic and tactical thought partnership, presenting outcomes effectively to gain client buy-in and drive results
Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment with Ambiguity and Change : Employ strong problem-solving skills, effectively managing shifting priorities and adjusting plans to meet deadlines and objectives. Ensure the successful progression of critical deliverables in a dynamic environment
Shape and Deliver Transformational Change: Create strategic change management and communications plans and deliverables to address the people-related impacts associated with transformations
Cultivate nepf’s Talent : Mentor, develop, and manage junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team capabilities
Contribute to nepf’s Continued Growth: Support business development and internal initiatives that expand nepf’s client base, enhance service offerings, and foster talent engagement and development
Qualification
Required
6+ years of relevant Consulting experience
Experience managing business transformation efforts
Program and change management expertise
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage shifting priorities and adjust plans
Experience in a client-facing role
Solid foundation in organizational change management
Strong understanding of corporate back-office functions (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, etc.)
Highly client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to craft compelling presentations
Proactive in managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Demonstrated track record of identifying client needs and supporting business development efforts
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, psychology, or a related discipline
Preferred
MBA strongly preferred
Experience leading transformational efforts in a global environment with international stakeholders
