Responsibilities

Build leadership skills by working alongside dynamic stores leaders, associates, and business partners
Develop people skills by actively engaging in networking, recruiting, selection and training activities
Leverage available tools and resources to ensure an efficient, customer-focused environment
Motivate associates to anticipate the customers' needs and exceed her expectations
Identify business trends and opportunities, monitor key metrics, and coach to successfully encourage behaviors that drive positive results and lead to business growth
Effectively communicate and collaborate with teams to problem solve and reach resolution
Gain experience in merchandising through planning, executing, and adjusting visual directives to support business priorities

Required

Current college junior, senior or recent college graduate
Ability to provide professional and/or academic recommendations
Embrace diverse, inclusive culture and lead by example through behaviors
Possess a customer-first mentality and represent brands through style
Be a collaborative team player and results-oriented
Communicate effectively with customers, managers, business partners, associates, and peers
Organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Take initiative in making decisions on a timely/urgent basis
Be able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 20lbs., and retrieve and stock merchandise
Expected to work approximately 20-25 hours per week and maintain a flexible work schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays
