Newbold Advisors, LLC is seeking a Jr. Product Owner / Salesforce Delivery Analyst with Banking or Financial Services experience to support the Marketing and CX organization. In this position, you will work closely with the Lead Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, while ensuring CRM solutions are delivered with quality and alignment to business goals.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Lead Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
Gather requirements and translate them into user stories
Support Agile delivery and ensure CRM (Salesforce) solutions are delivered with quality, compliance, and alignment to business goals
Provide user training, reporting, and ongoing support to enhance customer and stakeholder experience

Required

3+ years of CRM or product delivery experience in Banking or Financial Services
Strong Salesforce expertise (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud) is required; Admin or Product Owner certification is a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and translating business needs into technical requirements
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
