Marketing Lead (founding role)
Fitt is a recruitment firm specializing in health and wellness companies. They are seeking a founding marketing leader to build a marketing engine from scratch, focusing on growth and Series A readiness with autonomy and collaboration with the founders.

Responsibilities
Identify and validate 1–2 high-leverage acquisition channels with clear path to scale
Test quickly, measure honestly, and double down on what works (cut what doesn’t)
Own CAC, conversion rates, and marketing efficiency with a relentless focus on ROI
Build and execute a full-funnel growth strategy from first touch through conversion
Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across paid, owned, and product surfaces
Define and own brand positioning, messaging, and conversion-focused copy
Translate complex health data into clear, trust-building customer communication
Establish lifecycle systems that drive retention and long-term value
Manage agencies and contractors while remaining hands-on in execution
Qualification
Required
You have built or been apart of building marketing from zero before. You are comfortable without structure and good at creating it. You do not need permission to execute
You have experience in health, wellness, supplements, digital health, or consumer subscription businesses. You understand trust-based, education driven funnels
You bring a real network with you. This includes relationships within the industry, as well as a bench of contractors and freelancers you already know and trust to do high quality work when needed
You are technically proficient with relevant platforms such as Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and creative tools like Canva and Figma
You want ownership, not comfort. You care about results more than titles and thrive in high accountability, results driven environments
